RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Goods sold are not returnable / refundable / exchangeable.

In the unlikely case that you are not satisfied with your purchase (e.g. damaged during shipment, wrong item / faulty item / etc.), please follow the step-by-step guide:
1.    Email kennethtan@avem.com.my with the subject '[Your Order No#] Return/Exchange Request’ and include your order number, name, the reason for the return/exchange, attach any supportive material/image.
2.    We will begin to process your request. Once your return request is approved, our team will follow up for assistance via email. Approval for return/refund/exchange is sole at the discretion of AV Electronics Marketing Sdn Bhd based on our evaluation and investigation of the product in case.
 
Kindly inform us within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Otherwise, your request will not be processed. Any request after 7 days upon receipt of goods/products will not be valid anymore.
