Warranty

AV Electronics Marketing Sdn Bhd sells for audio brand such as Behringer, TC Electronic, TC Helicon, Midas, Turbosound, Topp Pro, IVA, Emix, DSSPA, Relacart, Klark Teknik, Bugera, Lab.Gruppen, Tannoy, Lake & Auratone. All products sold by us are eligible for our Malaysia service center warranty. 

 

All our products enjoy 1 year electronics warranty. For wear and tear products, there will no warranty. Example of wear and tear product will be microphone, loudspeaker and transducer. In the event of manufacturing fault, we allow product to be returned and exchanged with new unit. You can refer to our Return & Refund Policy

 

All products will be serviced through our service center based in Kuala Lumpur. You can either walk-in to drop your set or send in your set to us via courier or any transportation service available.to you. The cost for sending in the set will be solely the responsibility of the buyer. For under warranty set, AVEM shall bear the cost for the return of the repaired set. For out of warranty set, AVEM will include the freight charges in our qoutation.

 

 

 

 

For out of warranty set, a minimum fee will be charged for dismantling, troubleshooting and assembling of your units. This fee will be charged even you did not want to proceed for the repair. The charges may vary from RM 60 to RM 150 depending on the complexity of that particular set. We will provide you a quotation for your confirmation, and only proceed with the repairing job with your confirmation.

 

GREY SET

 

We are aware of grey market in Malaysia. AVEM will not provide any warranty for grey set and all responsibility shall fall back on the buyer. AVEM reserve the right to reject any repairing job for grey set. Should AVEM under certain circumstances agree for grey set repairing job, AVEM reserve the right to increase the service charges incurred due to extra allocation of manpower, time and resources to unofficial set. All our spare parts priority reserved for our customers therefore the repairing job will be much longer than usual.
